  1. Shrimp Salad with a Dressing of Green Curry

  • ¼ canola oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 pound cooked large shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of green curry paste
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 8 ounces of torn mixed lettuce
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrot
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • ½ cup of thinly sliced onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted chopped peanuts for garnish

Take a large bowl, whisk the green curry paste, juice, and oil. Now add the cilantro, mixed lettuces, shrimp, onion, and carrot and toss it well. Add salt to taste and toss once again. Now, add the chopped and roasted peanuts. Your salad is ready to be served. 

  1. Shrimp Salad with Red Chile, Tarragon, and Kamut

This is another recipe that you create with seafood salad ingredients. Let’s take a look at what you are going to need. 

  • 1 cup of dried spelt berries or Kamut
  • 4 ounces of haricots verts
  • A tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 1 large shallot halved and then thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh red chile, minced
  • A pound of medium shrimp deveined and shelled
  • 1 1 /2 tablespoons of finely chopped tarragon
  • ¼ cup of dry vermouth or white wine
  • Lemon wedges to serve
  • Salt to taste

First, in a medium-size saucepan, you have to toast the Kamut over high heat till it is fragrant. It will take 3-4 minutes. Now, add 4 cups of water and then bring it to boil. Cover the saucepan and simmer over low heat until you see that the grains are tender. Putting it on the heat for 1 hour 10 minutes will drain off the excess heat. 

Take a medium but deep skillet, take the haricot verts and combine it with ¼ cup of water. Now, cover and steam it over high heat. But keep stirring till it is crisp and tender. Do this for 3-4 minutes and drain it. 

Wipe the skillet and use it to melt the butter in oil by putting it on high heat. Now, add the shallot and add salt. Cook until it is softened. Next, you will have to add the chile and cook. Make sure that you keep stirring until it is fragrant. Add wine and cook. You have to stir the haricot verts and Kamut. Cook until it is hot. At last, you have to stir the tarragon and season the salad with salt. Serve with the lemon wedges. 

  1. Smoked Salmon and Spinach Salad

To prepare this amazingly tasty salad using seafood salad ingredients, you will need the following. 

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive environment
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dill
  • 6 ounces of salmon, thinly sliced
  • 8 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 cucumber peeled and halved from top to bottom
  • 2 scallions sliced thinly
  • 4 radishes thinly sliced

Take a bowl and add the lemon juice, olive oil, and dill. Now, add salt and pepper to season it. Next, add all the remaining ingredients. Mix them and transfer them to a plate to serve.
