Six peeled and cut hard-boiled eggs.

Three tbsp. of mayonnaise.

One freshly cut avocado cubes.

One tbsp. of chopped chives.

Kosher Salt.

Two tbsp. of lemon juice.

Chopped lettuce for serving on top.

Method: In a medium-sized bowl add lemon juice, freshly chopped chives and mayonnaise and mix it like a paste. Eight hard-boiled eggs which are cut into eight or more pieces for serving.

One thinly sliced avocado.

Eight strips of bacon that are cooked to a crisp and crumbled for cooking and garnishing.

Two tbsp. of Red Wine Vinegar.

Three tbsp. of Greek Yogurt.

Three tbsp. of Mayonnaise.

Two cups of cut in two halves of Cherry Tomato.

First, mix the red wine vinegar, mayonnaise, greek yoghurt to make a dressing. And then take a large bowl to add the eggs, bacon, cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado and use the dressing to just lightly coat the ingredients and gently toss it with salt and black pepper. Then garnish it with chives, crumbled blue cheese and more pieces of eggs and bacon. The recipe can manage six servings and takes 15 minute and 20 minutes to prepare and in total respectively.
