- Two tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- One tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 pound broccoli floret, thinly sliced and then roughly chopped
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- ½ cup raw sunflower seed or slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup dried tart cherries or dried cranberries, finely chopped
- ½ cup grated cedar cheese
Preparation
- Toast the sunflower seeds in a small-sized fry pan, in medium flame. Cook the grains by frequently stirring, until the seeds turn golden on the sides. Cook for 5 minutes and then pour the seeds on a large serving bowl.
- Add the chopped broccoli, cheese, onion, cranberries and then set aside.
- In a small bowl, add all the dressing ingredients like vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard salt, and garlic. Whisk until the mixture blends properly.
- Now, pour the dressing over the salad and stir generously so that the entire broccoli is adequately coated in dressing.
