Caesar Dressing: How To Make It Easily At Home

Caesar dressing is available in different forms for Caesar salad. Everyone has their way of making it. Thus, there are several dressings available. Some are without egg yolk, and some have tofu and mayonnaise in them.

Recipe One Of Caesar Dressing

Ingredients For Caesar Dressing

Two garlic cloves, chopped finely

Three large egg yolks

One can of oil-packed anchovy fillets

One teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Two tablespoons of olive oil

Two tablespoons of lemon juice

Half cup vegetable oil

Two tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Black Pepper

Equipment

Chef’s knife and cutting board

Medium mixing bowl

A whisk

Measuring cups and spoon

Instructions For Making Caesar Dressing

Make a paste of anchovy-garlic. Grind the anchovies and garlic together until the mixture is smooth and the garlic is almost paste-like, then set it aside for three minutes.

Further, whisk the egg yolks. Place the egg yolks in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.

Then add the mustard. Whisk in the mustard until they combine.

Further, add the anchovy-garlic paste. Whisk in the anchovy-garlic mixture.

Then whisk in the lemon juice. While whisking, pour in the lemon juice and then whisk until smooth.

Further whisk in the olive oil. While whisking, slowly pour in the olive oil to create a thick emulsion. Once all of the olive oil is added, whisk for another minute to thicken.

Finish with vegetable oil. Continue whisking and slowly pour in the vegetable oil. Again, once all of the vegetable oil is added, whisk for another minute to thicken.

Then season and serve. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese. Taste and season with black pepper as needed. Serve immediately.

Recipe Two Of Caesar Dressing

Ingredients For Caesar Dressing

Two tablespoons of mayonnaise

Two tablespoons of Dijon mustard

Two large pressed garlic cloves

One-Fourth cup of lemon juice

Half a tablespoon of salt

Black pepper

One cup of olive oil

Half a cup of Parmesan cheese

Instructions For Making Caesar Dressing

Add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic cloves, lemon juice, and black pepper in the food processor.

Blend them until they turn into a smooth paste. Further, add some olive oil slowly into the mixture.

Further, process the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy.

Then add some parmesan cheese into the mixture.

Then your dressing is ready. Just pour it over your salad and enjoy.

Mayonnaise

Sour Cream

Worcestershire sauce

Lemon juice

Dijon mustard

Minced garlic
