In Russia, thicker sauces are used, they are mostly used on a baked potato. Denmark, dressing which is used on salads is very creamy. In Southern Europe, salads come with olive oil and vinegar.

In Asia, sesame oil, fish sauce, citrus juice, and soya sauce accompany salads. There are also many types of dressing which are blue cheese dressing, French dressing, Italian dressing, ginger dressing.

No matter what type of dressing you are using, but it should be healthy and easy to digest. It should not be too heavy for your stomach. Dressings are mostly of various types, but only few are healthy and delicious. Therefore, use the ingredients and dressings which are simple and easy to digest.
