Salad Recipe

The recipe for shrimp salad is an easy one.

Firstly, bring about a litre of water to a boil. Peel the shrimp and add the thoroughly washed shrimp to the boiling water. Let it get boiled for three to four minutes or until it turns opaque.
Secondly, drain the hot water and shift the shrimp in icy cold water to stop them from being overcooked. After a couple of minutes, drain the water again and let the shrimp dry.
Thirdly, in a separate bowl, add these shrimp, spring onion, red onion, celery, lettuce, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, etc. and toss them well. You can also add boiled eggs to the recipe.
Finally, prepare a base of lettuce on a plate. Put this mixture on the base. Add some bay seasoning and lemon juice. And it’s ready to serve. You can also refrigerate it for a day or so.
