Two tablespoons of Plain Greek Yogurt

Four tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

One tablespoon of Curry Powder

 A one-fourth spoon of Salt

A pinch of Cinnamon

Five ounces of Solid White Albacore

One-Fourth cup of diced Carrot

Four tablespoons of chopped Cashews

Two tablespoons of Raisins

One tablespoon of chopped Red Onion

One medium Avocado

Two tablespoons of chopped Parsley

Procedure To Prepare Tuna Salad

Whisk yogurt, vinegar, curry powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Further, add tuna in the mix. Then add carrot, cashews, raisins, onion, and parsley into the mix and stir well. Your salad is ready to serve.

One large collard Green Leaf

One canned Tuna

One tablespoon of Greek Yogurt

One tablespoon of Mayonnaise

One-Fourth cup of diced Apple

Half a cup of Lemon juice

One medium Carrot

Procedure To Prepare Tuna Salad

First, remove the hard part of the collard green stem and boil it in a bowl for fifteen seconds. Then dry the green leaf and set it aside for a few minutes.

 Further, take a bowl and add canned tuna, yogurt, mayonnaise, apple, and lime juice. Mix them and also lay the collard leaf on the table and add some shredded carrot over it. Add the tuna mixture over it, then fold the green leaf, like a burrito. Cut it into half and serve.
