Tuna salad recipes are plentiful. You must mix and match the ingredients according to your taste, and what works with your family may not work for your other guests.

If you have any leftovers from the night before, you can take a bite of that, as well as the salsa. If you don’t, you can make a large bowl of that and eat it as a dessert. What I really like about making a tuna salad makes it something to do every now and then. It also makes a nice change if you have to go out for lunch.
If you’re on a diet, you’re probably going to want to stick to what you’re doing, so you don’t end up getting fat. I think eating salads is a healthier alternative to eating foods with lots of junk in them. And there are lots of salads that are really healthy.
